Digital Product Policy

Astravya sells personalized digital numerology reports. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. No Refund Policy

We maintain a no-refund policy for the following reasons:

  • Personalization: Each report is custom-created based on your specific birth details and cannot be resold or reused
  • Digital Delivery: Once the report is generated and delivered, the service has been fully rendered
  • Immediate Access: Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned"

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Before Report Generation

If you wish to cancel your order before your report has been generated (typically within the first few minutes of ordering), please contact us immediately at astravya.in@gmail.com. We will review your request and may process a cancellation at our discretion.

2.2 After Report Generation

Once your personalized report has been generated and delivered, cancellation is not possible as the service has been completed.

3. Exceptions

We may consider refunds or re-delivery in the following exceptional circumstances:

Refunds to the original payment method may be issued in exceptional cases only, and such refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Non-Delivery: If you do not receive your report within 24 hours of order confirmation and we are unable to resolve the delivery issue
  • Technical Errors: If the delivered report is corrupted, unreadable, or significantly incomplete due to technical issues on our end
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same order

To request an exception, please contact us within 48 hours of your order with your order details and reason for the request.

4. What We Will Do

If you experience any issues with your order, we commit to:

  • Responding to your inquiry within 24 hours
  • Re-sending your report if there were delivery issues
  • Correcting any errors in your report if incorrect information was entered (you may need to provide proof of correct details)
  • Providing additional clarification or support regarding your report

5. Incorrect Information

Please ensure you provide accurate information (name and date of birth) when placing your order. Reports generated based on incorrect information provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds. However, we may offer to generate a new report with correct details at a discounted rate.

6. Payment Disputes

If you have concerns about a charge, please contact us directly before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
