Astravya provides digital products only. This policy explains how we deliver your personalized numerology report.
1. Digital Delivery
All our products are digital and delivered electronically. We do not ship any physical products.
2. Delivery Method
Your personalized numerology report will be delivered via:
- Email: A PDF copy will be sent to the email address you provide
- WhatsApp: A PDF copy will be sent to the WhatsApp number you provide
3. Delivery Timeframe

Delivery time begins after successful payment confirmation.
4. Delivery Requirements
To ensure successful delivery, please:
- Provide a valid and active email address
- Provide a valid WhatsApp-enabled phone number
- Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see our email
- Save our number to receive WhatsApp messages
- Ensure your WhatsApp can receive PDF documents
5. Delivery Confirmation
You will receive:
- Order Confirmation: Immediately after payment
- Report Delivery: Your PDF report via email and WhatsApp
6. Non-Delivery Issues
If you have not received your report within the specified timeframe:
- Check your email spam/junk folder
- Verify your WhatsApp is working and can receive files
- Contact us at astravya.in@gmail.com with your order number
We will re-send your report immediately upon verification.
7. Incorrect Contact Information
We are not responsible for non-delivery due to:
- Incorrect email address provided
- Incorrect phone number provided
- Full email inbox
- WhatsApp restrictions or blocks
- Spam filters blocking our messages
Please double-check your contact information before completing your purchase.
8. Re-Delivery
If you need your report re-sent to the same or different contact details, please contact us. We will happily re-send your report at no additional charge.
9. International Customers
As our products are digital, we can deliver to customers worldwide. There are no additional shipping charges or delays for international orders.
